Bookbinding Papers

Bookbinding workshop, materials list for residency/class workshop: outline and procedures for a 4 to 6 week residency depending on hours per day. This is designed ideally for 8- 10 students per teacher or guide (larger classes would depend on skill level of participants). I recommended that for students 5th grade through 9th grade to limit the number of students to 8 – 10 per adult supervisor because of tools to be use with enough supervision to use the tools with safety.

Tools for Bookbinding

Directions and materials: lists the tools materials needed for making the bookbinding tools for the bookbinding workshops. Ideal for saving money when supplying tools for large classrooms, ot for individual workshop setups. This enables each student to have their own tools to use and progress at their own pace without waiting to use equipment. Use of recycled materials encouraged though not required. Illustrations with directions for tool use included.
